Growing up as a kid I loved cereal… really really loved cereal. Now I had my favorites but for the most part as long as it tasted good I would eat damn near any brand of cereal. Even the healthy cereals like Corn Flakes and Raisin Bran tasted good for me. There was one brand that I ABSOLUTELY HATED and never understood why it was made and I’m talking about the shittest cereal ever made…. Kix.
Who was Kix made for? Not for kids I’ll tell you that much. It tasted like pure sewage water to me. Even the various spin offs like Berry Kix and Frosted Kix I hated them all. The thing I hated the most was the tag line: “Kids tested, Mother approved.” which is a terrible tagline as I’ve pointed out to everyone all my life noticed it said “mother” approved and not “kid” approve… that’s because all kids knew Kix was garbage and I’ll go to my grave saying it.
